Put the onion, garlic and carrot in a blender together with the well drained mushrooms, salt, pepper, olive oil. Mix well, then add the peeled tomatoes and mix until it becomes a paste.

The minced meat is hardened in olive oil until white, quenched with a glass of champagne (or white wine) and boiled until the juice decreases. Add the mixture of tomatoes and vegetables. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes, add the sweet paprika, salt, pepper and a few chili leaves.

Meanwhile, put the diced potatoes to boil with water and salt, about 15 minutes. When ready, add milk and butter (or margarine), salt, pepper and mix well with the blender. Add the egg yolk, mix a little more.

Put olive oil in a heat-resistant tray, add the meat with a little sauce, and put the mashed potatoes on top. Leave in the oven for 15 minutes until browned on top.

Serve with pickles. Enjoy your meal!

Cottage Pie - Recipes

Today I present a review of vegetarian food, which has its roots in England & ndash. #cottagepie. The English say pl & # 259cint & # 259, although I don't feel like saying "a", being Moldovan, I always associate the dishes with our Moldovan ones that contain dough.

Translated from English & # 259 & ndash Shepherd's belt, cottage belt is a pie with minced meat and crust or topping of mashed potatoes (source: wikipedia).

Over time, the cottage pie has been reinvented and made with vegetables, as I did, for example. It is very delicious and it will make you happy. It's perfect for fasting and for vegetarians.

Ingredients for a 28 cm baking tray:

  • 4 larger potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sm & acircnt & acircn & # 259
  • a powder of walnut
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 600 gr mix of fresh or frozen vegetables, I had: carrots, onions, garlic, red beans, mushrooms, green peas, green beans, corn, bell peppers, parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. I boiled the potatoes and prepared a puree, to which I added a tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, a pinch of walnuts, salt and pepper, and then pepper. # 259 gust.
  2. Then I put it in a pan deeper than a few tablespoons of olive oil, I added all the vegetables, I salted, I peppered, I seasoned to taste and I left them. on low heat they found al-dente.
  3. When the vegetables were ready, I put them in a baking tray, flattened them a little with a spatula, and put the mashed potatoes on top of them.
  4. I sprinkled a little olive oil on top of it and put the tray in the oven for 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius, with ventilation.

Here is the beauty that has been received! I enjoyed it, congratulations to the English, very tasty! & # 128578
