Remove the skin from the thighs and debone them.

Put in the preheated oven at 160 degrees to bake. When it is almost ready, add beaten eggs, grated cheese and chopped green parsley and leave in the oven until the egg is ready.

Portion in a yena bowl, place on the table and serve on a plate, adding slices of pepper and green parsley to each.
